Governance ARMENPAC ’s voluntary Board of Directors is united with a common purpose and shared vision of a strong, prosperous and democratic Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh. Each member of the Board of Directors annually contributes the maximum dollar amount permitted by law in support of ARMENPAC, which strives to maximize contributions to its supporters and minimize administrative expenses. ARMENPAC ’s Executive Director implements the policies established by the Board of Directors and coordinates the activities of ARMENPAC ’s Regional Directors, which serve as liaisons to local communities throughout the United States.
